Meatballs in any form or fashion are a winner in our household. However there is something about a delicious bowl of savory meatballs and rice. It has the perfect combination gravy and is a change from the usual spaghetti and meatballs! I love how simple this recipe is with only a few ingredients you’ll have a nice feeling meal that can be made any day of the week. Another thing I like about these meatballs is that you can make a double batch and use them in other recipes like (meatball subs or spaghetti and meatballs). Enjoy!!
