Beef Creole


  • 1 3-5 Lb Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Thyme Sprigs
  • Bay Leaves
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Can Whole Tomatoes
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Start out by chopping your vegetables. Chop your onions and garlic and prepare your herbs. Next in a deep oven dish, preferably 9 by 13 inches, place a layer of chopped onions and then place a layer of herbs.
  2. Season your beef with salt and pepper on both sides. Place your beef on top of the bed of vegetables, next take a can of whole tomatoes.There should be atleast 6 whole tomatoes in there. Pour the sauce and the tomatoes on top of the beef mixture, cover it with lid or foil and place in the oven, allow it to cook for at least 4 to 5 hours at 300 F, the longer the better low and slow wins this race enjoy!
